jesper fahey was once a freshfaced student at the university of ketterdam, before falling into debt due to his gambling habits and getting in with the dregs to get by. cocky and ever smirking, he makes an olympic sport out of flirting but he is in a devoted and loving relationship with his twin pistols. jesper was raised on a farm in novyi zem and his mother taught him about manipulating the elements. he is an untrained grisha, however, and not very powerful.
“Nina might not be able to put you back, you know. Not without another dose of parem. You could be stuck like this.”
“Why does it matter?”
“I don’t know!” Jesper said angrily. “Maybe I liked your stupid face.”
